Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) is inviting organizations and community groups to apply for grants up-to $100,000 through a 'Request for Proposal' process. The grants are intended to support well-being, resilience, and preparedness of communities impacted by extreme weather events, including by not limited to floods. Proposed activities will support the community to be more connected, improving individual and community resilience and both physical and mental well-being. The target population includes young people, older residents, Aboriginal Communities along with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Communities, those at risk of social isolation, and people with disabilities.
