Tender Description

The Body Corporate Committee is undertaking a periodic review of the following contracts:

• Caretaking & Cleaning (4 buildings)

• Body Corporate Management (Whole Scheme)

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably resourced companies (or Individuals) to undertake these services from 1 September 2023 for an initial period of 1 year (may be extended up to 5 years). Contact details to be supplied with three references.
