Tender Description
The Department of Communities, Housing, and Digital Economy (the department) has purchased a retirement property for older Queenslanders in Clayfield.
The department has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of procuring a value for money, quality supplier/s that can successfully deliver:
The successful Supplier/s will have the requisite skills, systems, and infrastructure in place to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this Invitation to Offer.
A site visit has been scheduled for 10 am to 11 am, Friday 21 April 2023 at 51 Norman Parade, Clayfield.
Offers can be presented in one of three ways:
- One supplier who offers either tenancy and property management services OR SHS services
- One supplier who offers both tenancy and property management AND SHS services
- Two suppliers in partnership with each other as part of a Joint Offer.
