Waimate District Council invites tenders for the lease of 2.48 ha (more or less) of land being Part of Reserve 4952 situated in Block XVI of the Otaio Survey District and Block IV of the Patiti Survey District, known as the St Andrews Domain. The land available for lease is situated in the northern portion of the property and includes the fenced off oval area.

Tenders to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed ‘St Andrews – Tender for Land’ and lodged no later than 4pm on Friday 19 May 2023 at the Waimate District Council Main Office, 125 Queen Street, Waimate 7924.

The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
