BRHS is seeking to appoint a qualified external representative to the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.

The successful candidate will have at least one of:
A recognised qualification in accountancy Significant recent and relevant financial experience; and/or A comprehensive understanding of internal and external auditing, principles of financial management and accounting, and risk management.
The basic time commitment will be six (6) meetings per year with each meeting being approximately two (2) hours each.
