Council proposes to invite tenders for the hire of Plant and Equipment, with or without an operator, for the twelve-month period: 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.

This Invitation includes the Conditions of the Contract in Section 2, Specifications in Section 3, and the Tender Submission documents in Section 4.

The form of Agreement is that of a ‘Standing Offer’ and it does not place any contractual obligation on the Council to hire or engage Contractors.

The application is merely a statement made by the prospective Contractor that they are willing to supply specified Plant and equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein
