The Alfred Health Enterprise Imaging (AH EI) program is a set of clinical imaging solutions, strategies, initiatives, and workflows to be implemented across the enterprise. It will provide a consistent and optimal acquisition and capture, index, management, storage, distribution, viewing, exchange, and analysis of all clinical imaging and multimedia content produced within Alfred Health. The AH EI will image enable the AH Cerner Electronic Medical Record (AH EMR).

 The AH EI and the AH EMR will enable the Alfred Health clinical team to have intuitive and immediate access to all patient clinical images and their associated documentation, regardless of source. The AH clinical team must be able to both contribute image and video content to the electronic medical record and access images and video created by other clinic appointments and procedures, including, but not limited to radiology, cardiology, pathology, dermatology, ophthalmology, point of care ultrasound, and endoscopy.

The scope of this procurement activity is to appoint a single supplier to supply, install and commission the following solutions for all Alfred sites:
