This EOI relates to the provision of the following services for the purpose of the Inland Rail Project:

• Large excavation during a rail occupation;

• Installation of large precast structures;

• Construction of rail formation, including capping layer and structural fill layer during rail occupation;

• Provision of supervision and project management;

• Installation of trackside drainage; and

• Construction of a levee bank.

Prospective suppliers shall demonstrate they possess the capability/skill requirements to complete large-scale excavations in a short amount of time.
