ASC is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suppliers with the capacity and capability to provide: Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Resourcing and Capability Support.
Requirements:
ASC would like to identify organisations that have ILS talent pools available at short notice that could be accessed to augment ASC’s own Support System team. ASC is seeking flexibility that combines consulting ‘as a service’ and labor hire modes of engagement of skills sets such as:
1. Systems engineers with relevant skills and experience in support systems
2. Program and project planning resources with experience in project plans associated with integrated support plans and training Support
3. Life cycle cost analysis
4. Reliability and availability modeling
5. Commercial support with experience in Defence contracts relating to support systems.
6. General ILS Engineers with experience in RAM analysis (FMECA, RCM, LORA) and logistic support analysis including maintenance and operational task analysis, sparing analysis, and training needs analysis.
All resources would need to be eligible for Defence clearances, work with export-controlled technology, etc. and are expected to continue their own organisational human
capital development plans to up-skill the workforce whilst supporting ASC.
Whilst the ability to attend the site at Osborne, South Australia is preferred, ASC is prepared to
consider talent pools within Australia that could work remotely (when no role limiting and
access to secure networks is required, etc.).
