Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified contractors for the staged construction of the St Mary's Cathedral College Secondary Campus development.

The St Mary's Cathedral College Secondary Campus Development consists of converting a class 5 commercial office building into a class 9b education facility, which will house the St Mary's Cathedral College Secondary Campus (SMCCSC). The new vertical school will provide flexible learning spaces, performance spaces, breakout learning, and passive outdoor recreation whilst simultaneously housing senior school student year groups from years 9 to 12.

The site is an existing 9 storey commercial building consisting of 2 levels below the ground floor and six commercial tenancy spaces above, with an external parking area to the rear of the building. An existing Cafe occupies a portion of the lower ground and ground floor area, which will remain in operation throughout the project. In addition, existing tenants on levels 4 & 6 will also remain with the building throughout the Stage 1 construction period.

The building is surrounded by the East, West, and North residential buildings.
