The Minerals Research Institute of Western Australia is seeking offers for the provision of a comprehensive and fully managed ICT support and service delivery.

MRIWA comprises 8 internal users.

The successful respondent will ensure:

• MRIWA’s ICT environment is maintained and proactive in its compliance with all relevant and non-exempted Government policies.
  
• MRIWA’s information is secure and protected from external threats.
• MRIWA’s ICT equipment is functional to enable work to be uninterrupted.

The services required are largely operational, although strategic input may be requested in addition to reporting obligations.

A site visit will be held at Mineral House, 100 Plain Street, East Perth.

MRIWA unique environment requires a mandatory meeting on site to discuss ICT support requirements.
