Tender Description

The scope of works in this contract includes the following:

• Construct new 300n dia. stormwater drainage infrastructure behind kerb and channel along Birch Avenue and Banksia Grove.

• Modify existing house drain to connect to proposed drainage infrastructure and construct new house drain connection for each property as shown on the plans.

• Vehicle crossovers to be reinstated.

• Reinstatement of kerb and channel where required.

• Reinstatement of footpath where required.

• Reinstatement of naturestrips with topsoil and grass seed.

• Remove the existing trees and plant new trees.

All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the tender package.
