McConnell Dowell are seeking expressions of interest from businesses with the capability and capacity to provide the removal of asbestos contaminated materials (ACM) and/or potential asbestos contaminated materials (PACM). Location of Works

+Wangaratta, Victoria

+Glenrowan, Victoria

+Seymour, Victoria

This EOI relates to providing services for the demolition of existing infrastructure at these sites and includes:

(a) Provide temporary works design, management plans and procedures to complete the works.

(b) Demolition of concrete, steel, timber and asphalt structures/hardstands including footings;

(c) Removal and disposal of all demolition by products (building rubble, green waste, pavement concrete, asphalt, etc.); and

(d) Make safe site prior to demobilisation.

The contractor shall have a selection of appropriate plant and equipment to complete these works and must carry all appropriate licences.
