Tender Description
The Ministry of Health (MOH) seeks to engage a prequalified consultant with relevant experience and knowledge of the role of the health system and the non-government sector and the health challenges faced by regional communities.
This project aims to:
• Understand the current state of community and charity services in regional NSW
• Plan for future healthcare needs in regional NSW
• Develop healthy community-focused partnerships at a system and district level
• Address gaps in access and services in regional communities
• Ensure service planning is place-based and addresses local needs i.e. collaborative and integrated care models
The MOH seeks to appoint a consultant to:
Deliver a report on regional community and charity services and resources
Conduct an international literature review of social care/health and well-being systems
Develop a maturity assessment approach for measuring the effectiveness of a cross-government model of holistic health
