The Town of Cambridge (Town) is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to identify and select a respondent to provide construction of concrete footpaths and associates services as specified in RFT 2023-07.

The scope of requirements will be comprised of footpaths, slabs, and concrete crossovers within the municipality, which shall include but not be limited to:

1. New footpaths.

2. Replacement of existing footpaths.

3. Coloured concrete.

4. Removal of concrete and asphalt.

5. Supply, spread and compact clean sand fill.

6. Repairs to existing footpaths and crossovers.

7. Pram ramps.

8. New crossovers.

9. Replacement crossovers

10. New concrete slabs

11. Small sections of kerb to tie into pram ramps and paths.

All works shall be undertaken in accordance with the requirements of the RFT and the approved service provider appointed shall supply all labour, materials, plant, tools, equipment, signage and the like for the efficient and safe completion of the work under the contract.

The requirements of the Town may be programmed or unplanned, as requested from time to time by the Town.
