CNSWJO and its member councils are seeking to identify an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a one-off Asset Management Maturity Audit using IPWEAs National Asset Management Assessment Framework (NAMAF) to assess the status of asset management across all asset classes, identify improvement opportunities and build the capacity of participating Councils. A similar process was undertaken for most of the participants in 2019 and this process aims to build on that work.

Responses that are submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted. Attachments are permitted for most questions.

Any questions in relation to the RFQ are to be made in writing through this portal. Respondents should be aware that any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFQ (as opposed to the functionality of the e-procurement portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information.
