DevelopmentWA, on behalf of the Department of Communities, is proud to present a landmark urban regeneration opportunity at 154 Subiaco Road (corner Court Place), Subiaco.

Through this offering, a development consortium including a Community Housing Provider (CHP) will have the opportunity to work with the State Government to plan and deliver an integrated high-density housing outcome at Court Place, a strategically located 1.08-hectare site within the master-planned Subi East redevelopment.

Court Place is expected to yield up to 350 dwellings, including a 42% social housing component (estimated at 147 new social housing dwellings).

This invitation for Expressions of Interest is the first stage in the procurement process for the project. Respondents shortlisted from the EOI will progress to the Request for Detailed Proposals (RFDP) phase in order to select a successful respondent.
