Whitsunday Regional Council's (Council) Property Department is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following building renovations/installations:

a) Separable Portion 1 - Airlie Beach Lagoon Amenity Block Upgrade

b) Separable Portion 2 - Cedar Creek Amenity Block New Installation

c) Separable Portion 3 - Brandy Creek Amenity Block New Installation

d) Separable Portion 4 - Bowen Cemetery Amenity Block New Installation

e) Separable Portion 5 - Hansen Park Amenity Block New Installation; and

f) Separable Portion 6 - Proserpine Cemetery Amenity Block Upgrade.

Council reserves the right to award all Separable Portions to one Contractor or split the award of the Separable Portions; therefore, Contractors can provide a submission for one (1), various, or all of the Separable Portions.

A non-mandatory tender briefing/site meetings have been arranged for Thursday 8th June 2023 refer to Clause 5 of the Conditions of Tender for locations and times. Please confirm your attendance at these meetings via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than Wednesday, 7th June 2023, 12 pm (AEST).
