The Projects
Simplot Bathurst
Demolition and refurbishment to multiple areas of a food processing plant. Includes all structures, services and assistance with new plant and equipment.
Rutherglen Aged Care Development - Main Works
The RRACD Project has been initiated to develop a new Public Sector Residential Aged Care Facility on Main Street in Rutherglen which will be operated by Indigo North Health (INH) as a replacement for their existing Glenview facility. The development will increase the residential offering of INH to 50 beds and planning will support the future expansion to 60 beds. The site will also incorporate a new integrated Allied Health facility for INH for the provision of Pathology, GP, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and other ambulatory health services to the broader Rutherglen community
Civitas
Civitas will comprise of a single building that amalgamates a (i) six storey car park with (ii) four storey office and (iii) retail space on ground floor, in the heart of Wagga Wagga.
It is the stage 2 of a multi-stage development complex. posed to contribute an additional 6664m2 of net letable floor space, and an approx 483 (no.) car parks.
Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care Ltd
The Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care project is located on East Street, Bega. The project includes a total of 42 single level aged care units, a community hall building and integrated external landscaped areas. All dwellings are constructed using concrete slabs, brick veneer external walls and metal roofs.
Yanco Agricultural High School
Yanco Agricultural High School will principally obtain a new boarding house that is being design with 2 levels in area of 1,420 m2 including 48 rooms,4 shared bathrooms and 4 common rooms.
The project also includes refurbish work in 5 existing buildings specified as E,D,G,J,Q.
Yanco Agricultural High School is located in a rural area around 120 kilometers North East from Wagga Wagga. Situated on 280 hectares, including 180 hectares of intensive irrigation and dry land agriculture. As well as 60 hectares of natural bushland bordered by Murrumbidgee river.
Zauner is proposing to build a new female boarding house. This building is design with 2 levels on a space 1,420 m2.
Includes 48 rooms, 10 toilets,4 common rooms, 2 staff apartments,etc. In Addition, YAHS is surrounded by 5 buildings specified as E,D,G,J,Q which each building will receive refurbish works.
Cobram Primary School
Construction of a New Learning Hub including Resource Intensive Areas of Art, STEM, and Digital Art. The project also consists of the Construction of a new Multi-Purpose Hall, a small extension to the front of the Admin Building Entry and a medium refurbishment of the existing Admin Building
