The Shire of Dandaragan is responding to a request from the Cervantes Country Club Inc. to undertake a process to appoint a new lessee / facility manager for the Cervantes Country Club premises. Council will consider proposals via an Expressions of Interest process and if any proposals are accepted, undertake a formal disposal of property process (via lease) in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1995 and associated regulations.
