The Department of Housing has purchased a retired living property at 279 Bridge Street, Newtown and is seeking to procure one or two suitable suppliers.

The department has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a value for money, quality supplier/s that can successfully deliver:

• Property and tenancy management services
• Specialist Homelessness Services support/Mobile support services.

The successful Supplier/s will have the requisite skills, systems and infrastructure in place to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this Invitation to Offer.

A site visit has been scheduled for 10.00am-11.00am, Friday 9 June 2023 at 279 Bridge Street, Toowoomba.

Offers can be presented in one of three ways:

1. One supplier who offers either tenancy and property management services OR SHS services.
2. One supplier who offers both tenancy and property management AND SHS services.
3. Two suppliers in partnership with each other as part of a Joint Offer.
