The Department of Education through School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) has appointed Evolve FM Pty Ltd as the Facilities Maintenance Contractor for the NORTHERN SYDNEY region. Evolve FM is partnering with SINSW to procure tradespeople and local contractors who will contract directly with SINSW to deliver Reactive facility maintenance services in schools.

By joining our effort, you'll not only be contributing to the public education system but also positioning your business as a trusted partner in the community.

The successful Tenderer will provide Services to be provided under the Services Agreement for School Infrastructure NSW.

Note: NOTHERN Sydney has one pack for REACTIVE services for All-trades or Multi-trades. The tenderers must specify the trade(s), and this must be written into Annexture 2 Rates and prices. The tenderer can apply for multiple trade groups but note this will be for the one (1) rate into Annexture 2 Rates and prices.

The successful Tenderer must not appoint any other contractor to undertake the services.

All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed.

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation. A detailed system-generated electronic receipt is issued for all submitted response files received successfully.

Electronic Submissions ONLY via sinsw.procurement@evolvefm.com.au will be accepted in a zip file with the Company Name and the RFT ID for the RFT Type.
