The Arts and Culture Trust is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced property management organisation to manage the portfolio of commercial and non-commercial leased properties.

A briefing session will be held at Arts and Culture Trust, Finance and Procurement Office, Level 3, 89 St Georges Terrace, Perth at 12 Jun, 2023 11:00 AM.

The Respondent is requested to confirm attendance of a maximum of two (2) representatives by no later than 12:00 PM AWST, Thursday, 8 June 2023 by contacting Glenn Hall via email glenn.hall@artsculturetrust.wa.gov.au.

The Arts and Culture Trust reserves the right to change the location for another CBD location. If so, the Customer will confirm the exact location via email within 1 business days to all Respondents who have confirmed their attendance.
