Tender Description
Sydney Catholic Schools is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified contractors for the St John's Catholic Primary School Auburn refresh project.
The project involves a number of stages to allow the school to operate effectively and safely as the works are in progress.
The project includes but is not limited to the following scope
- Refurbishment of Level 1 Block A General Learning Areas
- Refurbishment of Ground Floor Block B Administrative and Staff facilities
- Upgrade ICT & AV
- Upgrade School PA System
- Repair works to the building fabric & roof of Block A and Block B
- Demolition of Link existing bridge between Block A and Block B and construction of a new
- bridge with lift
- Refreshment of school entry & access and relocation of the bin area
