WSROC seeks quotes for consultancy services to develop a Heatwave Management Guide that supports local authorities develop their heatwave emergency planning.

The Guide will be co-designed with a working group of professional stakeholders and will be supported by an expert science panel.

The Guide should:

• Outline the need for improved heatwave planning.
• Outline legislative and policy context, roles and responsibilities.
• Provide templates and examples of local plans and policies to manage heatwave.
• Outline gaps in current knowledge and practices.

WSROC welcomes consortia or partnership arrangements to deliver the project.
