Who is this for?
New South Wales technology businesses in the scale-up phase of their growth.
Overview
This program aims to support technology businesses that are in the scale-up phase to grow or establish their business within Tech Central. The Tech Central target area is considered to be the zone within 500 m of 2 Lee Street, Haymarket.
Eligible applicants can get a 40% rebate on rental expenses up to $600,000 per annum for the first 2 years and up to $300,000 in the third year. They can also apply for a 30% rebate on eligible fitout expenses up to $440,000.
