Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of the Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Fire Installation and Upgrades Works at Busselton Bus Depot.

Design and construct the below Hydrant, Hose Reel, Booster Cabinet, Pump, and Tank system to achieve compliance as per the IFT design and specification document.

Wet Fire Hydrant System:

Refer to the document provided, Issue for Tender design and specification documentation prepared by Lucid Consulting Australia, refer to section 2.7 page 9 for a detailed scope of works.

In addition, contractors are to supply and install the below items to achieve compliance as per the report document.

Wet fire Portable Extinguishers:

Supply and install 1 x 9kg Foam type extinguishers with a sign and mounting brackets within the Workshop area.

Dry fire Emergency Lighting:

Provide additional emergency lighting along pathways toward required exits within the Office area.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Busselton Bus Depot, 62 Roe Terrace, Busselton WA 6280 at 12 Jul, 2023 10:00 AM.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
