Project work involves the construction of a new Technology building (530 sq.m internally) and associated spaces. Construction works are to be completed by early 2024.

Building Contractors wishing to register for tender selection should register their interest to the Project Consultant by COB Monday 3 July 2023.

Submissions shall include corporate information, previous project details, and project staffing, together with references, sufficient to demonstrate that prospective tenderers have the resources, capability, and expertise to satisfactorily complete the works. Submissions shall not exceed 10 pages.

The selection of building contractors to tender for the project shall be at the discretion of Blackheath & Thornburgh College.
