Comprising four separate farms and one existing forest, “Northland Forestland” has a total combined freehold area of 761.34 hectares, and a potentially plantable forest area of some 600 hectares located across the Kaipara and Whangārei Districts of Northland.
The properties are expected to benefit from Northland’s favourable growth climate and production forestry characteristics, which include suitable Land Use Capability class, stable soil profiles, easy - moderate contour and proximity to public arterial roads, sawmills, and export markets.
The Vendors have engaged Northland Forest Managers to establish all of the farm land this winter (at Vendor cost), with the intention to sell these properties either separately or together as planted forests.
