Expressions of Interest are invited for the provision of a Cafe space. The premises is 175.6 square metres NLA including areas for preparation; standing; kitchen; display; serving queue; and cool room.

- The site location are within close proximity to major retail precincts with good access to public transport.

- Lease term of three (3) years, with three (3) options of one (1) year each.
