Tender Description
The Barossa project will require various offshore support vessels during operations. The nature of the offshore support will be:
1) Crew Boat
A crew boat is required to take up to 20pax between Darwin Port and Subsea7 Vessels at anchorage. The vessel will be needed during offshore operations between Q1-Q3 2024, and again in H1 2025.
Crew transfer of up to 6 or 12 pax is also expected between Heavy Lift Vessels and Subsea7 Construction Vessels anchored both within port limits and ~3km outside port limits. The vessel will be needed for 3 periods of approximately 4 days each where it will complete 1 run to/from the vessel every 12hrs.
These 2 requirements can be met by the same vessel or separate vessels.
2) PSV for Vessel Support
To provide food/fuel/jet fuel/waste transfers services between Darwin and the Barossa field throughout Subsea7’s offshore operations phase between Q1-Q3 2024, and again in H1 2025.
3) PSV for MEG transport
The PSV shall be capable of storing, transporting and transferring (to Subsea7’s vessel) between 100 to 300 m3 of MEG in internal tanks (Brine / MEG tanks). This requirement is not expected until Q2/Q3 2024.
General Vessel/ AHT Requirements: Vessel Inspection: MWS & OVID Safety Management & HSE: to meets the projects safety objectives
Mandatory requirements: Supplier must have confirmed access to vessel if not owned. Preference will be given to vessel owners. Please provide vessel particulars/brochure when responding to this enquiry. Supplier must be able to confirm vessel availability for the indicated dates. Vessel and crew must have legal rights to operate within Australian waters
Nature of Enquiry and Award conditions: This is a general enquiry for offshore support vessels to meet the above requirements. Subsea7 is looking for suppliers who can provide all vessels or individual vessel types as
listed in items 1 to 3 above Subsea7 reserves the right to split and award the packages on an individual basis as it sees fit.
