SCOPE OF PACKAGE
The works will encompass the areas below during the current phase of work with the expectation for continuing services during the project implementation phase
Management Services
. Management and reporting of design activities
. Engineering Management and Quality Assurance Services
. Document control and coordination including direct support of the ASM Owners team
. Planning and Other Project Controls Functions
. Provide support for project readiness to the ASM Owners team
General Design Services
. Drafting and Drawing services under the direction of the ASM owners' team
. Review of Engineering standards
. Development of ASM's Engineering Quality assurance framework
Trade Off studies
. InPit Crushing and Conveying Opportunities
. GHG Equipment Selection in conjunction with Vendors
. Layouts to support GHG Emissions studies
Process Plant Battery Limit Definition
. Review of Civil Support Structures and interface design
. Design works that will be integrated by the Non-Process Infrastructure Study Consultant
SCOPE REQUIREMENTS
ASM is seeking an experienced engineering design organisation to support the development of the Owners Team Design capacity, with the ability to review or provide designs compliant with NSW regulations.
The services will target ASM's Final Investment Decision (FID) in December 2024, with early-stage reports facilitating ASM decisions.
The works will encompass the areas of scope during the current phase of work with and expectation for continuing services during the project implementation phase.
Previous Experience:
Suppliers are to demonstrate previous experience for a similar scope (supply and operate) in Australia. Suppliers are to provide details of previous experience including transition of services as a new supplier.
