The CES Ltd People and Culture Team are seeking to engage a consultant to design the CES Ltd OHS Risk Management methodology and to work with internal key stakeholders to collaboratively build CES Ltd OHS Risk Assessment and Risk Register for organisation wide risks.

Working with members from the People and Culture team to define the OHS risk management methodology for identifying hazards, assessing risks, implementing risk treatments (including application of a hierarchy of controls) across the organisation, and make recommendations for the company to establish monitoring activities to review the ongoing effectiveness of controls to mitigate risk to an acceptable level. The methodology should also establish the requirements for notifying, monitoring, reporting, escalating and responding to identified material risks.
