To appoint one or more professional licensed real estate agencies (Sales Agent) with substantial local commercial expertise and knowledge to act as a non-exclusive Sales Agent’s for LDC’s industrial inventory and estates. It is anticipated that property sales and lease transactions would be engaged by private treaty sale however, LDC may sell or lease its property via other means.
