Requests for Proposals are sought from Community Housing Providers (CHPs) who would like to deliver an affordable housing project within Landcom’s Macarthur Gardens North (MGN) project at Goldsmith Avenue, Campbelltown.
The MGN project aims to create an attractive urban place for people to live in a diverse, healthy, vibrant, and sustainable new neighbourhood. Designed with 'place' in mind, the new community is underpinned by sustainability principles and high-quality public domain and built form outcomes. The project is in close proximity to public transport, education and employment opportunities.
