This RFI seeks services to provide the necessary engineering services to assist Ausgrid manage, maintain, replace, configure and provide support for SCADA systems installed across the Ausgrid network. design, construction, expertise, plant, equipment, labour, materials and management to deliver new non-network facilities located inside the Ausgrid area of operation.

Ausgrid is seeking responses from companies who have the proven expertise, financial capacity, experience, resources, processes and certified management systems that can deliver safely and competently engineering services for SCADA systems installed by Ausgrid from the early 1990's to present.

Typical contracted works for this RFI

Typical activities may include: Fault finding, Field technician support, maintenance procedures/processes, repair/replace strategies, configuration changes, configuration management and commissioning.

Specific experience with or knowledge of SCADA systems supplied by CGI (or as previously known) and installed within Ausgrid in the period 1990 to present is essential.

1. Fault Finding in in service SCADA systems

2. Field Support for technicians replacing, reconfiguring and troubleshooting in service SCADA systems

3. Input into developing maintenance processes and procedures for SCADA systems

4. Input into replace/repair strategies for SCADA system equipment

5. Developing SCADA configuration changes for projects

6. Input into configuration management of SCADA systems settings

7. Commissioning and commissioning support for field technicians
