Tender Description
Provision of technicians and test equipment for testing of low voltage equipment for new electrical substations and associated electrical equipment for materials handling systems.
Specific Scope Requirements:
Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:
• Electrical testing for the new substations for the Project. The Services are primarily to cover general commissioning and testing personnel;
• The equipment to be commissioned includes:
Five (5) x new substations, which consist of 33kV Switchboards, 6.6kV Switchboards, and Variable Speed Drives, HV/LV Power Distribution Transformers, HV and LV switchgear and associated protection relays and equipment; and
Material Handling System consisting of electrical field devices for primary and secondary crushers, conveyors and auxiliaries, screen house, apron feeders, and general lighting and small power;
• Hire and supply of test equipment. The Contractor must ensure its technicians have available all necessary tools, electrical equipment, instruments and radios necessary to complete the testing. All test equipment must be of a high quality, calibrated and checked for accuracy; and
• Support with Isolations and general Process Plant commissioning, including control systems and mechanical works.
