The Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) is procuring ballot paper scanning services for election events, for the State Government Elections to be held in March 2025 and March 2029.

The WAEC is seeking proposals from a suitably qualified provider for a total solution that will include but not be limited to scanning, optical character recognition, number counting, and the electronic storage of ballot paper preferences.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Level 2, 111 St Georges Terrace, Perth on 12 Jul, 2023 9:30 AM.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 9:00 AM, Western Australia Tuesday 11th July 2023 by contacting John Del Nero on john.delnero@finance.wa.gov.au.

Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
