Amentum Global Services Australia Pty Ltd is issuing an Expression of Interest (EOI) to all suitably qualified companies for the Vesta Renovations Program - 27 Shanahan Complex Exterior Painting. Amentum will be releasing the Tender @ 15:00 (UTC+09:30) Monday 3 July 2023.

The principle will ask in the Request for Tender for the bidder to submit a proposal for the following but not limited to:

• Remove all loose paint from all walls and eaves.
• Remove all loose render and check for drummy render, including window and door reveals.
• Remove any loose paint and sand back any surface rust from all painted surfaces on the carports and verandas.
• Remove all fixtures and fitting on external walls.
• Patch and prep the render on all walls including window and door reveals.
• Prep all steel posts.
• Re-paint all walls including window and door reveals (Colourbond Surfmist)
• Re-paint all eaves
• Re-paint down pipes the same colour as the walls (Colourbond Surfmist)
• Re-paint all painted surfaces on the carports and verandas (Colourbond Wallaby)
• Reinstate all fixtures and fittings to external walls.

EOI CLOSE: This EOI will close 14:00 (UTC+09:30) Monday 3 July 2023
