Tender Description
East Waste in partnership with three Member Councils, are trialling a change in kerbside bin collection frequencies to determine the environmental and financial effectiveness for the individual Councils. East Waste seeks a suitably qualified consultant to assist with a review of the Implementation Program and design and develop an Evaluation Plan and Trial Review Report for each Council for the proposed trial on changes to the kerbside bin service.
