In accordance with Regulations 11(1) and 14(1) of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996 the Shire of Lake Grace invites sealed Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced medical services practitioners to undertake the following;

Provision of medical services for the Shire of Lake Grace in accordance with the Contract for the Provision of Medical Services for the Shire of Lake Grace.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Shire Administration Office at 1 Bishop Street, Lake Grace during the hours of 8.30 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, before the close of the Tender. Alternatively, bidders can request an electronic copy by contacting Alex Adams at ea@lakegrace.wa.gov.au
