As part of the 2023/2024 Annual Business Plan, the District Council of Yankalilla resolved to undertake the upgrade of Stormwater Infrastructure and Pavement Construction for Scenic Way and Gold Coast Drive, Carrickalinga. This project incorporates the following broad scope of work;

Construction of new road pavement and sealing of Scenic Way, Carrickalinga

Construction of new stormwater infrastructure on Scenic Way to Gold Coast Drive, Carrickalinga

Construction of extruded concrete kerbs, driveway crossovers, and the various kerb transitions and end treatments

Tenderers should consider construction timelines for the road sealing and stormwater infrastructure works for Scenic Way and Gold Coast Drive, Carrickalinga to be practically completed at the latest date of 13 December 2023.
