TENDER NO. RFT 03/23 - FLOOD RECOVERY MINOR WORKS WITHIN THE SHIRE OF MENZIES ASSOCIATED WITH DRFA-WA ACTIVATED EVENT AGRN962

The Shire of Menzies (Shire) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors for the supply of civil works plant, equipment and labour to undertake flood restoration work associated with the DRFA-WA activated event, AGRN 962 Storm, Heavy Rain, and Associated Flooding In The Mid-West And South West Land Division (1-5 March 2021).

Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specification are invited to apply. The contract will be in the form of a Principal-administered Minor Works contract AS4906-2002 with works undertaken on a schedule of rates basis under the supervision and direction of the Shire.

To be considered, tenders must be received prior to the tender deadline and uploaded to Core Business Australia's Portal.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Facsimile or hard copy tenders will not be accepted. The Shire of Menzies does not intend to submit a tender.

The deadline for tender submissions is 2.00 pm WST, Thursday, 3rd August 2023.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or employees will disqualify them.
