Good Samaritan Education and St Scholastica’s College invite fully qualified and experienced organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), with a view to progressing to tender, for the new and refurbished building works at St Scholastica’s College, Glebe, NSW.

Work includes:

1. Demolition of Existing Buildings.

2. New building over 4 levels within the college precinct.

3. Refurbishment of 2 heritage buildings.

4. Landscape works.

The EOI documentation for the package is available in electronic form only at no cost and is available AFTER REGISTRATION at the email address; tenders@rpma.com.au.

After Registration, the Respondent will be forwarded an invitation to the Google Drive Link to access EOI documentation.

EOI documentation must be obtained prior to attending the mandatory site meetings (dates and times to be advised after registration).
