Goulburn Murray Water (GMW) is required to maintain non-urban water meter installations across the irrigation network in northern Victoria for the purposes of customer billing. GMW intends to engage contractors to provide these meter replacement services under a panel arrangement.

All billing meter assets that have either failed, reached their end-of-life cycle, or do not meet pattern approval, are required to be replaced in accordance with the National Standards outlined in the market documents.

It is proposed to select up to three suppliers in each of the following categories:

1. Pressurised and Gravity Pipelines,
2. Pumping Systems, and
3. Concrete Structures.

Contractors are to nominate which work category or categories they wish to apply for and may be selected in multiple categories.
