Tender Description
The Shepparton YPARC site will include the construction of a new 10 bed YPARC facility, with the following inclusions:
- 10 bed facility featuring individual bedrooms with ensuites.
- Shared living areas (e.g., lounges, sensory room, dining room)
- Clinical support areas
- Staff support areas, including staff rooms and offices.
- Back of house spaces, including cleaning, comms, PPE, equipment, and treatment/medication rooms
Landscaping around the YPARC Shepparton facility to promote health and wellbeing of consumers, staff and visiting family members. This includes:
- Several landscaped courtyards around the facility
- External stores
- Carparking
