Maryborough District Health Service is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Home Maintenance and Modification contractor. This service will support our Home Services Support Program within the Pyrenees Shire.

The service will provide home maintenance and modification services that assist clients to maintain their homes in a safe and habitable condition. Maintenance and modification services provided must be linked to assisting clients to maintain their independence, safety, accessibility, health, and well-being within the home environment. Maintenance and modification services can also assist in creating a home environment that facilitates a client's wellness and reablement goals.
