Tender Description

The Alinytjara Wilurara Landscape Board is offering a Grassroots Grant of up to $37,500 to help build environmental resilience and sustainability in our region.

Grassroots Grants are available to Land Holding Authorities, schools, and community groups.

Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) before August 28, 2023, to be considered for this year's Grassroots Grant.

The type of activities that can be funded through the program includes on‐ground activities relating to:

  • Indigenous cultural and ecological knowledge – intergenerational transfer of traditional knowledge
  • weed management
  • pest management
  • access control for environmental or cultural outcomes (e.g. fencing)
  • water sites management
  • revegetation
