Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for a proposed new school, Notre Dame College in Bells Creek, QLD.

The project is planned to include the Stage 1 Works for a new school, with the construction of 5 new buildings with accompanying site works including car parking.

The new buildings include a new 3-storey GLA & Admin block, a new 2-storey building with GLA & various student facilities, ­and three new 1-storey buildings including a GLA block, Sports Court and Workshop.

All buildings include the provision of amenities.

The Contractor is to have a capacity for construction from the end of 2023 through to early 2025. This project has an approximate construction value of $30-35 million.

A tender panel will be selected from the Contractors registered.
