The procurement is being undertaken to select a supplier (or suppliers) to work with NZDF in delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that provides Information Management (IM) design and support and leverages the existing investment NZDF has made in Microsoft technologies. Our objective is to enable users to easily create, find, engage with, protect and manage NZDF information in a single, easy to use, compliant manner. The requirement for services includes migration of data from existing on-premises environments to a modern, cloud first, M365 licenced environment. Further to this the expectation is that the successful supplier will also provide significant change management support (including training) for delivery of the solution. This will include guiding on best practice for organisational IM change.
